Foundations of Liberty Act

We must again build on the transcendent principles specified in America’s founding charter:  The Declaration of Independence:  America was never meant to be a secular nation; in fact, her existence requires an absolute Source higher than relative self-interest:  The Laws of Nature and Nature’s God, and more specifically, a Creator.

Our public schools do not possess the authority to render this core understanding out-of-bounds nor create an atmosphere wherein such expressions are de facto forbidden.  Rather, our public schools have a moral and intellectual duty to instill these self-evident truths, our cornerstones for Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.
